Our Team

Kim Moncrieff, P.T., DPT

Kimberlee serves as the center manager and physical therapist at the South Tampa Center, bringing over 30 years of clinical experience to her role. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University (2016) and a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Florida International University (1995). Kimberlee is certified in vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance and specializes in treating patients with vertigo, concussion and balance disorders. She is also certified in LSVT BIG, an evidence-based treatment for individuals with Parkinson's disease. Her extensive experience spans the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries, vestibular and balance dysfunctions and post-concussion rehabilitation. Kimberlee's approach emphasizes promoting patient independence through targeted exercise programs and hands-on therapy tailored to each individual's needs. Committed to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care, Kimberlee strives to ensure every patient receives personalized attention and support throughout his or her recovery journey.

Gaby Harris, P.T., DPT

Gaby earned a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology in 2018 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 from High Point University. She grew up in Hudson, Ohio, but moved to Tampa where she has loved exploring the area with friends, walking on the Riverwalk and taste testing at local ice cream shops. Gaby enjoys working with her patients to provide a personalized treatment plan to get them back to doing things they love.

Maude Langelier-Parent, P.T.

Maude is originally from Montreal, Canada, where she earned her bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 2007 from Montreal University. After graduating, she obtained a certificate in sports physiotherapy and worked with several hockey teams at varied competitive levels. Maude relocated to Tampa in 2011 and later earned a doctorate in physical therapy with a specialization in manual therapy from St Augustine University in 2018. Maude enjoys treating all sports-related and orthopedic injuries but over the past several years, she has developed a special interest in treating scoliosis and other orthopedic spine-related conditions. Maude's approach combines hands-on therapy, focused on improving biomechanics to optimize physical performance specific to her patients' goals.

Tyler Eisenbacher, P.T., DPT, COMT

Tyler earned his doctorate in physical therapy in 2019 from the University at Buffalo. In 2022, he completed his certification in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He also completed his orthopedic manual therapy certification in 2025. Tyler is passionate about providing evidence-based care to educate and individualize each patient's treatment plan to achieve their specific treatment goals. He enjoys treating a diverse patient population with a particular interest in sports and orthopedic injuries.

Bella Fernandez, P.T., DPT

Bella grew up in the Tampa area. She earned both her bachelor's degree in applied physiology and kinesiology (2021) and a doctorate in physical therapy (2025) from the University of Florida. Her approach focuses on creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals, whether that means recovering from an injury, improving mobility or enhancing overall quality of life. She is also a reformer Pilates instructor and integrates her Pilates background to support functional movement, core strength and long-term wellness. Bella also enjoys reading, going to the beach, exploring new restaurants with family and friends and unwinding with a good Netflix binge-worthy series.

Jake Marascio, P.T., DPT, COMT

Jake prides himself in tailoring each and every treatment plan to meet and exceed his patients' needs in an ethical, safe and rewarding environment. He was born and raised in Red Bank, New Jersey, and recently moved to Tampa soon after graduating from Rutgers University, with awards in service and academics. When he's not treating patients, Jake enjoys weightlifting, playing the drums and taking his chocolate lab on adventures. He completed his certification in orthopedic manual therapy in 2025.

Samantha Morris, P.T., DPT

Samantha earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2023 from the University at Buffalo and doctorate in physical therapy in 2025 from the University at Buffalo. She is originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to Tampa soon after graduation. Sam has a passion for treating a variety of orthopedic and sport-related conditions. She is dedicated to helping patients recover and return to their active lifestyles. Outside of the center, Sam enjoys staying active, playing sports, spending time with friends and family and exploring new restaurants in the area.
