Collin Dieffenbach, P.T., DPT
Collin graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2017. He then went on to the University of South Florida and graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy in 2022. Collin had the pleasure of completing one of his rotations at Select Physical Therapy in Brandon where he enjoyed serving the local community. Collin enjoys being active by going to the gym, running, rock climbing and walking his dog, Ollie. He has aspirations in becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist and eventually becoming certified orthopedic manual therapist. Collin enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level and catering to their individual needs.
Lynn Agnew, OTR/L, CHT
Lynn earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1994 from the University of New England and has been a certified hand specialist since 2001 with completion of an orthopedic manual therapy certification in 2017. In addition to extensive experience treating complex upper extremity injuries, she has special skill set in rheumatology after working with a team of rheumatologists for eight years. Lynn enjoys custom orthoses fabrication, working with complex post-surgical diagnoses and developing programs for rheumatological diagnoses. She is a committed clinical instructor, training 43 interns since 1994 and received the Florida Occupational Therapy Educational Consortium Award in 2012. She employs therapeutic listening in her treatment sessions and finds great joy in getting to know her patients.
Kayla Cobos, OTD, OTR/L
Kayla graduated with her bachelor's degree in health education from the University of Florida in 2019. She earned her doctorate in occupational therapy through Nova Southeastern University in 2022. She is passionate about treating upper-extremity injuries and helping patients regain their independence in their daily activities. Kayla is currently working towards her certification in hand therapy. She strives to provide the utmost, personalized care to her patients. Kayla enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, Milo.
Denise Fernandez, P.T., DPT, COMT
Denise has been a member of the Select Physical Therapy team since 2006. She has 16 years of clinical experience, particularly in the outpatient setting. Denise specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation in regards to surgical and non-surgical procedures, pediatrics, gait training, wheelchair assessments and sports rehabilitation. In addition, she is an OrthoVive Joint Health therapist. Denise completed her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in physical therapy from the University of South Florida and her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University. A Florida native, she enjoys working out, biking and running.
