Our Team

John Hill, P.T., MSPT, COMT

John is the center manager at the Westchase office location with 20 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy. He is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and enjoys treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions of the spine and extremities. He has additional training in running/sport specific rehabilitation, work conditioning, Graston instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and is dry needling certified. John's treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with exercises that are specific to each patient's impairments and limitations. John's treatment is evidence-based practice and experience that have shown to be beneficial for different conditions. His goal is to tailor a program individually to each patient in order to return them to an optimal level of function, ensuring that the patient can return to work, sports, hobbies and daily living.

Greta Andion, OTR/L, CHT

Greta has over 30 years of experience in the treatment of injuries to the hand, wrist and elbow including sprains/strains, repetitive injuries, tendon lacerations/repairs, ligament tears/repairs, dislocations, contractures and peripheral nerve injuries. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including advanced custom orthoses fabrication, treatment of the wrist, hand and elbow, as well as upper quadrant differential diagnosis. Her focus is working with her client's to achieve independence for return to their normal daily life.

Charlene O'Neal, P.T., DPT

Charlene is from Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to the area after graduating physical therapy school in 2021. Her interests are in the field of orthopedics and neurology. She has completed her certification in orthopedic manual therapy and is also trained in vestibular therapy. Charlene feels that active listening, a hands on approach and a plan of care individualized to each patient is an important in treating her patients. Her goal in treatment is to get the patient back to what they enjoy doing pain free!

Wendy Thompson, P.T., OMPT

Wendy has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020, with 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and inpatient settings in South Africa, the United Kingdom and in the United States since 2017. Wendy specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. She completed a master's degree in physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1994, and orthopedic manipulative physiotherapy certification in 2008. Wendy is also dry needling certified since 2024. She lives with her husband and three children and enjoys cycling, running and all things outdoors.
