Our Team
Emily Wogtech, P.T., DPT, OCS
Emily has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2013. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and subacute rehab settings. Emily completed her undergraduate education at Truman State University and doctorate of physical therapy from University of Indianapolis. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and vestibular disorders. She also has certifications in dry needling and Graston.
Haley Condon, P.T., DPT
Haley has worked for Select Physical Therapy since 2019 and is the Assistant Manager in Mooresville. She completed her undergraduate education at Augusta College and received a doctorate in physical therapy from University of Indianapolis. Haley is certified in dry needling and the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy. She enjoys treating a variety of patients of all ages, including those with orthopedic and neurological issues.
Nicholas Lamb, PTA
Nick joined Select Physical Therapy in 2023 after completing his last clinical rotation as a student at our East location. He received an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College and is licensed as a physical therapist assistant. Nick has experience in outpatient and skilled nursing settings. He enjoys creating functional treatment plans and provide quality care for each patient.
Sherri Back, M.S., OTR
Sherri has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2003, with more than 20 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedics. She received a master's degree in occupational therapy from University of Indianapolis. Sherri enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders of the upper extremity. She has extensive experience with traumatic injuries, post-operative management and splint fabrication. Sherri is a determined and dedicated clinician who has been described by patients as highly competent and compassionate.
Liz Morville, PTA
Liz joined Select Physical Therapy in 2024 with experience at a large outpatient clinic. She received her degree from the University of Indianapolis and is licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She enjoys helping people thrive and to feel empowered by designing fun and creative sessions personalized to people's goals. She enjoys working with people of all ages and a multitude of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
