Zahir has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2016, with 7 years of clinical experience. He briefly worked in a skilled nursing facility early in his career before switching to an outpatient orthopedic setting where he thrives. Zahir completed his undergraduate education at York University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. He specializes in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations (IASTM), muscle energy techniques, taping, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine rehabilitation. Additionally, he has a certification in orthopedic manual therapy (COMT) through Maitland-Australia Physiotherapy Seminars in which he is trained in joint mobilizations and manipulations. Zahir and his wife have two young daughters and love spending time with friends and family and truly enjoys the outdoors.

Alexa has been with Select Physical Therapy since graduating from Trine University in 2024. She brings energy and compassion to the patients she treats. She specializes in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations (IASTM), muscle energy techniques, taping, sports medicine rehabilitation and orthopedic rehabilitation. She has a passion in helping her patients get out of pain and having them get back to the activities that brings them joy. She grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and loves that she can treat the people within her community. In her free time, Alexa enjoys rock climbing, soccer, music and traveling with her friends and family.
