Mike Holmes, P.T., DPT
Mike has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2012. He is a graduate of William Jewell College where he played tennis and basketball before completing a doctorate in physical therapy at Southwest Baptist University. He continued post-graduate education with a two-year study to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist, has received training in trigger point dry needling, concussion and vestibular care in addition to a variety of musculoskeletal, sports medicine and pain science continuing education courses. Mike is an APTA certified clinical instructor and is active in mentorship of students and newer graduates. He places emphasis on achieving patient goals through an individualized, team-centered approach consisting of manual intervention and functional movement strategies. He enjoys the challenge of finding strategies to address a variety of musculoskeletal issues. Outside of work, Mike enjoys time spent with family and activities that involve being outdoors, especially traveling, exploring nature and attending sporting events.
Ashley Kendrick, P.T., DPT
Ashley has worked for Select Physical Therapy since 2014 with eight of those years being at the Mission Farms Overland Park center. Ashley graduated from Rockhurst University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2011. Ashley is certified in orthopedic manual therapy. She enjoys working with orthopedic, post-operative and balance patients. She has taken on treating cancer patients through the ReVital certification. Ashley enjoys running, scrapbooking and attending her son's soccer games.
Holly Lang, P.T., DPT
Holly is a physical therapist at the Overland Park Mission Farms location. Holly moved to Kansas from Florida where she had worked at Select Physical Therapy's Riverview center. Holly attended Louisiana Tech University for her undergraduate studies. While there, she was on full scholarship for the University's tennis team. Holly then attended North Georgia College and State University where she earned a doctorate in physical therapy. Holly enjoys treating a variety of injuries and disorders. She loves helping and motivating patients to achieve their goals. She has over 15 years of experience as a physical therapist. Holly is a certified orthopedic manual therapist with experience treating orthopedic injuries, pediatric sports medicine, vestibular disorders, balance/gait disorders and temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ).
Alissa Oudejans, O.T., CHT
Alissa joined Select Physical Therapy in 2013, with 30 years of clinical experience and 25 years as a certified hand therapist. She has worked in different regions and various settings within the United States including the opportunity to work at Shriners Hospital with emphasis in treating the pediatric population for orthopedic injuries and congenital hand differences. Her specialties range from post-operative care, traumatic injuries, non-surgical injuries and conditions, along with custom orthosis fabrication. Alissa earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California and obtained certification in hand therapy.
Dylan Hughes, P.T., DPT
Dylan graduated from Rockhurst University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2022. He joined the Select Physical Therapy team in 2023. Dylan was born and raised in Nebraska, where he earned a bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dylan enjoys seeing a variety of patients including those with orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular conditions. He also is a ReVital certified therapist, using cancer rehabilitation to help this population thrive, not just survive. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiancé and golden retriever. Dylan is a Husker fan and loves watching football and eating BBQ on the weekends.
Mary Evans, P.T., DPT
Mary is a proud Kansas City native who brings a welcoming and engaging approach to patient care. She enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions with a special interest in women's health.
In addition to helping patients return to the activities they love through meaningful rehabilitation, Mary is passionate about empowering others to stay active and healthy beyond the center. Her treatment approach is highly individualized, addressing all aspects of physical health — including strength, flexibility and aerobic conditioning — to support long-term recovery and overall well-being.
Samantha Paradise, P.T., DPT
Samantha completed graduate school in 2012 from Loma Linda University and has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2016. She brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. Growing up in the Kansas City area, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. Samantha enjoys treating orthopedic patients and has a passion for athletic injuries. She enjoys coaching and playing basketball and spending time with her husband and children.
