All Services Success Stories

Grace Primeaux

Grace Primeaux was cleaning when a freezer fell on her head resulting in a concussion. Once an active individual playing flag football and skateboarding, a month later her symptoms prevented her from doing the things she most enjoyed. Suffering from light sensitivity, dizziness and headaches, Grace was referred to physical therapy and treated by Physical Therapist Andrew Carr. Andrew and the team worked with Grace on a specialized concussion treatment program, which started slowly with light exercises and progressed with her recovery. "The most important thing for me was to be able to enjoy life again," she said. "Therapy has succeeded in getting me back to school, being social, some exercising and just being a teenager again." Grace continues to enjoy attending therapy while making progress towards a full recovery. We are pleased to hear about your experience, Grace. Thank you for choosing us on your rehabilitation journey.

Alan Heyne

One year ago, a motorcycle accident left Alan Heyne with radial nerve damage and temporarily paralyzed his left arm from the elbow down. Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist Matt March worked with Alan using several exercises to help restore function. Even when Alan was losing hope, Matt motivated him to keep going. "I am pleased with the progress and so happy we stuck to it as I can do things I couldn't do six months ago," Alan said. He has since completely regained the use of his arm and is working to build back strength. Congratulations on your progress, Alan! We are so happy to be part of your care journey.
