Our Team

Hayley Waitkoss, P.T., DPT

Hayley earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Missouri Western State University in 2019 and her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Mary in 2022. Born and raised in Saint Joseph, she is excited to help rehabilitate patients in her hometown while making physical therapy a fun and rewarding experience. Her interests include orthopedic physical therapy and industrial athlete/workers' compensation physical therapy. Hayley enjoys watching sports, weightlifting and playing golf.

Kari Schuster, MPT

Kari completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has 21 years of clinical experience and has a special interest in post-surgical rehab of the shoulder and joint replacement rehab. Kari is also a faculty member at Missouri Western State University in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. She has a deep appreciation of the physical therapy profession and enjoys working with a variety of patients on improving their overall mobility and independence. Kari enjoys being with her husband and kids watching sporting events or working on their small farm.
