Michelle earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from West Virginia University. She served as an officer and physical therapist in the United States Air Force for six years. In 2005, she earned certification as an orthopedic manual therapist and doctorate of physical therapy from Ola Grimsby Institute. She has completed post-professional education in biofeedback, trigger point dry needling and vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Michelle earned accreditation as an orthopedic certified specialist in 2009. She completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2014 and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. She also provides physical therapy service for the Carolina Flyers, North Carolina Football Club, North Carolina Courage and Raleigh Radiance.

Paige has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since graduating from Medical College of Georgia in 1984. She has had extensive experience with multiple diagnoses in multiple settings. She enjoys working with clients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. In 2018, Paige attended several continuing education courses including TMJ dysfunction, concussion rehabilitation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and work conditioning. Paige's greatest satisfaction comes from helping patients return to their best quality of life.
