Our Team

Cathy Chandler, OTR/L, CHT

Cathy is an occupational therapist who began working at Select Physical Therapy in 2020. Cathy was born and raised in Oklahoma and is proud to be a Sooner. She attended the University of Oklahoma and received a degree in occupational therapy in 1993 and hand therapy certification in 1999. Cathy has loved working with the best hand therapy team in the business here at Select Physical Therapy. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Phillip, and their two children.

Chad Miller, Chad Miller, LAT, ATC, Sports Medicine Coordinator

Chad is a certified athletic trainer and graduate of Oklahoma City University. After graduating, Chad has worked with multiple teams including the OKC Blazers, USA Softball National Teams, USA Paralympic Volleyball teams as well as head athletic trainer at Edmond Memorial High School and Oklahoma Christian School. Since 2016, Chad has served as the sports medicine coordinator for Select. He continues to serve as head athletic trainer at OCS and the UCO Dance Department. He coordinates and works closely with the NBA in providing pregame treatments for the referees. Chad also serves on the advisory board for Oklahoma City University's exercise and sports science program to help mentor students at his Alma Mater. Chad lives in Edmond, with his wife Cassie and their three children.
