Our Team

Chelsey Caballero, PTA

Chelsey was raised and attended high school in a small town in Missouri. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a bachelor's degree in biology. She received an associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Oklahoma City Community College. She has worked in many settings and enjoys treating people of all ages and with various conditions. She is passionate about seeing people return to the things they love doing and becoming more independent in their every day lives. She enjoys vacationing at the beach or in the mountains with her husband and daughter, going to concerts and spending time with friends, family and three dogs.
