Our Select Physical Therapy - Annville center is located in the UPMC Outpatient Medical building off of Hwy 422. Parking is conveniently located in the front of the UPMC building.

We also offer metabolic rehabilitation, which is a physician-ordered and monitored program that provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Jesse Donahue, P.T., DPT
Jesse has worked with Select Physical Therapy since 2024. He received his bachelor's degree from Penn State Harrisburg and his doctorate in physical therapy from Slippery Rock University.
Jesse grew up in the Palmyra area and enjoyed playing ice hockey. When he is not treating patients, Jesse enjoys hunting, hiking, riding bikes and working on cars.
Andrew Clemens, P.T., DPT, OCS
Andrew is the Annville center manager and a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Misericordia University and went on to complete additional training culminating in his board certification.
Andrew enjoys treating post-operative patients and individuals looking to return to active, healthy lifestyles. He is passionate about helping his patients regain function, reduce pain and confidently return to the activities they love.
Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, especially hiking and golfing.
Rodney Meyer, PTA
Rodney earned a physical therapy assistant degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. He has 22 years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy. Rodney offers metabolic rehabilitation and treats patients through a whole body approach using manual techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization with the EDGE tool.
