We also offer metabolic rehabilitation which is a physician-ordered and monitored program that provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Our Team

Brian Booths, DPT

Brian is the center manager. He received a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Slippery Rock University and a doctorate in physical therapy in from Neumann University. He has been a board-certified athletic trainer in Pennsylvania since 1994. Brian has experience treating a wide array of conditions, including joint replacements, neurologic, chronic pain and sports-related injuries. Brian is certified in LSVT BIG to help treat Parkinson's disease and is a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation clinician. Brian and his wife keep busy with their two children and he enjoys running, swimming, cycling, soccer, lacrosse, boating and skiing.

Donna Chirico, DPT

Donna is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy where she combines her knowledge of myofascial release, yoga, Pilates and strength training into her treatment plans. She has found this field to be a perfect place to teach women and men of all ages to move better and have greater control of their health.

Paige Szarowski, OTR/L

Paige is an occupational therapist. She earned a bachelor's degree from James Madison University and master's degree in occupational therapy from Messiah University. Paige is a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation clinician. She has experience with the breast cancer population, specifically education and treatment related to the pre/post-operation journey. She has clinical experience in neurological pathologies like strokes and traumatic brain injuries, vision therapy, upper extremity injuries and pediatric fine motor delays. Paige prioritizes making patients feel comfortable and excited for therapy. Paige enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, camping, listening to music and playing volleyball. She also enjoys Penn State football and the Buffalo Bills.

Jenna Henry, CCC-SLP

Jenna is a speech-language pathologist. She earned a bachelor's degree in communicative disorders and a minor in deaf studies from West Chester University, and a master's degree in communication disorders from California University. Jenna is a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation clinician and certified in LSVT Loud to treat Parkinson patients. Jenna has training in myofascial release, used for the head and neck cancer population. Jenna's clinical experience includes language and articulation disorders for the pediatric population, fluency, dysphagia, aphasia and neurological-related injuries. Jenna lives in Camp Hill with her husband and Australian shepherd. She enjoys watching Penn State football, reading and being outside.

Derek Over, PTA

Derek has been a physical therapist assistant at Select Physical Therapy since 2009. He enjoys working in the outpatient orthopedic setting due to the variety of conditions it presents. He earned an associate degree from Central Penn College and bachelor's degree in exercise science from Shippensburg University. He and his wife reside in Carlisle with their three daughters. Derek enjoys golfing, being outdoors, exercising, live music and sports.

Emily Neeld, P.T., DPT

Emily is a licensed physical therapist who earned her bachelor's degree in healthcare science with a minor in biology and her doctorate in physical therapy from Alvernia University. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized program designed to improve movement and function in individuals with Parkinson's disease.

Emily is passionate about working with patients with neurological conditions and vestibular dysfunctions. She strives to create a supportive and encouraging environment where patients feel empowered to reach their goals and maximize their independence.

Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Emily enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, paddle boarding, swimming, listening to music, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams and relaxing at the beach in Cape May.
