We offer metabolic rehabilitation which is a physician-ordered and monitored program that provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Supervised by a licensed physical therapist, this specialized program helps educate on specifics of exercise to give our patients the knowledge and support necessary for positive lifestyle changes.

Carter Innerst, P.T., DPT
Carter earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from West Chester University and her doctorate in physical therapy from Drexel University. She enjoys treating the spine, shoulders, knees and work-related injuries.
Carter has a passion for assisting patients in being the best version of themselves. She is energetic, motivated and communicates effectively to make sure her patients truly understand their injury and how to manage independently after discharge.
Sophie Benson, P.T., DPT
Sophie received both her undergraduate degree in athletic training and her doctorate in physical therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, and has been practicing since 2021.
She enjoys working with orthopedic conditions and is passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love, whether that means returning to sport, work or everyday activities.
Sophie values creating a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable throughout their recovery.
