We also offer metabolic rehabilitation which is a physician-ordered and monitored program that provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Nathan Glatfelter, DPT
Nathan has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2024. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2024 with his doctorate in physical therapy.
Nathan has a passion for treating patients with orthopedic conditions, vestibular dysfunction and balance difficulties.
Outside of his career, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing games and ice hockey.
Andrea Reese, PTA, M.T., BHA, NASM-CPT
Andrea has more than 15 years of clinical experience working in all areas of health care and physical therapy. She has a passion for working with all age groups, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Andrea specializes in patients who would benefit from pain management, myofascial release, sports injury and orthopedic rehabilitation, metabolic rehabilitation, pelvic health and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation. She offers metabolic rehabilitation which provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Andrea completed her physical therapy assistant education at Penn State and undergraduate at Colorado State University. She and her husband have three small children. She enjoys competing in CrossFit, running and spending time with family.
Brandi Morela, PTA
Brandi, a physical therapist assistant, graduated from Penn State Mont Alto in 2016. She has treated a wide variety of diagnoses in various settings for eight years. She enjoys working with amputees, stroke patients and those dealing with spinal cord injuries. Brandi looks forward to her journey in outpatient and expanding her expertise. She's married with two beautiful children, a dog and a cat. Brandi enjoys any activity that involves being outdoors. When she's not chasing a kid, she also enjoys reading.
