Our Team

Ryan Cordell, DPT, OCS, Center Manager

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Ryan began his physical therapy career in 2010 in outpatient orthopedics. He since has received advanced certifications in physical therapy, with a greater emphasis on orthopedics. Ryan completed an orthopedic residency and became certified as an orthopedic specialist, as well as a program that specializes in hands-on techniques to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist. He has received further education through American Balance Institute and is certified in both vestibular and concussion therapies. Ryan is also a direct access certified therapist, allowing him to see patients without a doctor's referral for up to 30 days. Ryan lives in Lancaster with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with his family, lifting weights and playing video games.

Zach Kulman, DPT

Zach grew up in northeast Connecticut, where he received his bachelor's in sports management and exercise science while competing as a four-year member of Eastern Connecticut State University's men's soccer program. He later received his doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University in suburban Philadelphia. His primary interest is in sports medicine, however he enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements, and work-related injuries. Zach places an emphasis on developing individualized programs to ensure patients meet their goals. He enjoys playing golf, running, biking and spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Nissley, PTA

Becca has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2019. She grew up in Reading, Pa., and attended Millersville University, earning a degree in biology education. She decided to combine her love for helping people and passion for fitness to become a PTA in 2019. With experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics and sports rehab, she enjoys building relationships with patients and working with them to develop a plan to return to their desired activities. Becca enjoys mountain biking, working out, hiking and backpacking and playing with her cats.
