Our Team

Michael Foltz, P.T., Center Manager

Michael Foltz has provided physical therapy care throughout Lancaster county for the last 22 years. Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Mike attended the University of Pittsburgh’s physical therapy program. He is passionate about health, wellness and fitness, Pittsburgh sports teams, music and travel. Mike enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses but has taken a special interest in rehabilitation of shoulders and craniocervical injuries, along with most orthopaedic ailments. He is eager to provide the highest quality skilled therapy services to his patients.

Wendy Hershey, CCC-SLP

Wendy is a certified speech-language pathologist with more than 40 years of experience specializing in treating adult patients with language, cognitive and swallowing disorders. These patients may have suffered a neurological dysfunction, including traumatic brain injury, stroke or progressive diseases, such as Parkinson disease. In addition to working in an outpatient setting, Wendy has extensive work experience in acute care hospitals.

Tyler Mitchell, PTA

Tyler is a native to Lancaster County having graduated in 2011 from Manheim Township High School. He received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science in 2015 from Penn State University. He then graduated from Central Penn College in 2018 as a physical therapist assistant.Tyler loves helping people continue to move and get back to normal function. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports (Go Birds!), listening to music, watching movies, hiking, biking and spending time with friends and family.

Sheree Myers, COTA, CLT

Sheree joined the Select Physical Therapy team as a licensed occupational therapy assistant in 2017. Prior to that, she worked in a rehabilitation hospital with a focus on individuals with neurological impairments. Sheree graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor's degree in exercises and a master's degree in adapted physical activity. She pursued a career in occupational therapy, graduating from Central Penn College. Additionally, Sheree completed training to begin working as a certified lymphedema therapist with our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Sheree enjoys treating all populations and finding ways for them to return to their recreational activities or careers. She enjoys spending time with her family, strength training and attending concerts.
