Our Team

Dean Hess, P.T.

Dean is a physical therapist at our East York center. He has worked for Select Physical Therapy since April 2018. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps, which inspired him to pursue a career as a physical therapist. He specializes in manual therapy and myofascial release techniques to assist patients in achieving their goals and enjoy their lives to the fullest. Dean enjoys fishing, bow hunting, spending time with family and volunteering with York County Prison Ministry.

Jayme Goldkind , PTA

Jayme has been affiliated with Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She has worked at Select centers in Harrisburg, Lancaster, Hanover, Middletown and Carlisle on a PRN basis before transitioning to a full-time position at the East York center. Jayme earned her degree as a physical therapy assistant from Central Penn College. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from York College of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in autism studies from Towson University. Her professional experience includes working with early-childhood patients and college athletes.

Nicolette Simon, P.T., DPT

Nicolette has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2024. She has two years of clinical experience, working in outpatient and inpatient settings during her career. Nicolette specializes in treating patients who struggle with pelvic health issues, such as pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy/postpartum and incontinence. She is passionate about treating pelvic health issues in all ages and genders. Nicolette completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh and her doctorate in physical therapy from Temple University. She also has certification in cancer rehabilitation through the ReVital program.
