David Fletcher, P.T., DPT

David focuses his rehabilitation on evidence-based practices while tailoring his treatment toward what each individual needs. David enjoys treating patients of all kinds, from young, active populations to older adults.

Andrew Johnson, PTA

Andrew's passion for wellness began in his late teens and has only intensified over the years through careful study and research of the human body.

Andrew took his first leap into the fitness industry as a personal trainer, where he specialized in functional training movement patterns and treating the body holistically. This passion in fitness and health inspired him to obtain his licensure as a physical therapist assistant in 2011.

Luke Heiser

Luke is a 15-year-old who plays football, runs track and throws javelin. Last year he was diagnosed with scoliosis. His spine's curvature was quite prominent. His doctor prescribed physical therapy. Luke began his work at Select Physical Therapy in Greer-Taylors, SC. It was here where Luke embarked on a six-month journey of healing. At his check-in, his physician was astounded by Luke's improvements.
