Our Team

Valerie Sanchez, P.T., MPT, Center Manager

Valerie graduated in 2005 from the University of TN Health Sciences Center with a master's degree in physical therapy. She has worked in the Memphis area as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic center for four years and as a center manager for 12 years. Valerie has been recognized multiple times as clinician of the quarter and clinician of the year in Tennessee. She is skilled in using McKenzie Method to treat her patients and sees incredible results!

Christian Bradfield, P.T., DPT

Christian has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since February 2024. He has experience treating patients with orthopedic injuries, balance deficits and vestibular disorders.

Christian graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise and movement sciences from the University of Memphis in 2019. He received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023.

Being a Memphis alum, Christian enjoys supporting his Tigers and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Debbie Robertson, O.T.

Debbie is an occupational therapist with 26 years of experience. Nineteen of those years have been in the workers' compensation arena. Debbie has certifications in pre- and post-offer employment testing, Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomics, aging in place and disability analyst.

Kelsey Hubbard, P.T., DPT

Kelsey has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern Mississippi and doctorate of physical therapy from William Carey University. Kelsey was born and raised in Flowood, Mississippi. She is a passionate physical therapist dedicated to optimizing health and wellness through personalized care. She is committed to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and improved functionality and spreading awareness about the benefits of physical therapy while giving her patients the best quality of treatment. Kelsey is experienced in pelvic health therapy for women and men.
