All Services Success Stories

Hollie Feller

"I am truly grateful to say that on my wedding day, I was completely pain free," she exclaimed, "and able to enjoy every moment."

A herniated disc and muscular issues from a challenging set of deadlifts left Hollie Feller injured. This was devastating, considering one of her passions is working out. Not to mention the special event on the horizon. The physical and mental hurt was consuming and very real. She had reached out to several providers for advice, recommendations and care.

The game changer came at our Dickson Hillview center, where working with our therapy team Hollie successfully moved toward her milestones. She was able to say "I do" and have a great time during her recovery.

Alexis Galbreath

Alexis "Lexy" Galbreath was an expectant mother when the unthinkable happened. She had a stroke 11 weeks into her pregnancy.

Lexy experienced an ischemic stroke -- caused by a blood clot - that largely affected her left side. After going through inpatient therapy, she was referred to our outpatient center for physical, occupational and speech therapy.

"I was happy to get out of the hospital and it was mentally hard at first," she shared. "I could not do anything."

Under the guidance of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, Lexy began working on her strength, balance and coordination.

Her goal was to be ready for her baby due in June.

"I want to hold my baby when he arrives," Lexy stated. "I am steadily approaching that goal."

Lexy has had a positive experience thus far and continues to become functional and independent. Motherhood is right around the corner and Lexy is ready.
