Abigail joined our team after earning her doctorate in physical therapy from Lincoln Memorial University in 2025. She brings energy and dedication to her patients, building meaningful connections to support recovery every step of the way.

She is LSVT BIG certified for Parkinson's disease and enjoys working with neurologic and balance patients. She is also skilled in orthopedic sports medicine and post-surgical patients.

Milan earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2025 and began with Select Physical Therapy shortly thereafter. Milan is a dynamic addition to our team, bringing fresh energy and a strong clinical foundation. He uses the latest evidence-based techniques and possesses a strong passion for individualized treatment plans, focusing on collaborative care and working closely with patients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mike graduated from Georgia State University in 1978 and has been a therapist in east Tennessee for over 30 years. He is a highly respected physical therapist that has developed deep expertise in treating complex spinal conditions, including chronic back and neck pain, post-surgical recovery and degenerative disorders. With a patient-centered approach, Mike combines advanced clinical knowledge with personalized treatment plans to help individuals restore function, reduce pain and improve overall quality of life.

Breannia joined our team in 2026 and strives to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. With a strong commitment to customer service, she assists with scheduling, coordination of care and supporting patients throughout their therapy journeys. Her smile and friendly approach, paired with attention to detail, helps ensure each visit is smooth, efficient and centered on patient needs.

Amber graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2006. She has been working for Select Physical Therapy since 2019 and loves to treats patients. She is certified in the McKenzie method of diagnosis and treatment of the spine.

Kendra was born in east Tennessee and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2005. She worked in Georgia for 10 years with Select Physical Therapy before relocating to Knoxville in 2015 to become market manager.

Kendra enjoys treating all conditions, but has a special passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, workers' compensation and fall prevention.

She is a board certified, orthopedic manual therapist and a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist. She is trained in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's, trigger point dry needling and concussion rehabilitation.
