Our Team

Zach Tulley, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Zach earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine. He was born and raised in Memphis and is a manual therapy based clinician. He has worked with a variety of orthopedic conditions and enjoys watching his patient's achieve their maximal function and quality of life.

Max Michael, P.T., DPT

Max has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2023, with 5 years of clinical experience. He started his career in inpatient rehab with a diverse background in treating orthopedic and neurological injuries before transitioning to the outpatient setting. Max completed his undergraduate education at Harding University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He specializes in utilizing a holistic approach in his treatments and in assisting patients in optimizing their bodies as they age. Max enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, being outside in nature and learning more about optimizing human health.

Hunter Tockey, O.T., OTR/L

Hunter joined Select Physical Therapy in September 2024 and treats patients at our Millington and East Memphis locations. He brings a diverse background in various clinical settings, including the Germantown Municipal District, an adult residential community for individuals with intellectual disabilities that may need hand therapy, outpatient care, skilled nursing facilities and home therapy.

Hunter earned his bachelor's in exercise and sports science from the University of Memphis and then his master's in occupational therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in May 2024. He specializes in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, stroke recovery, ADL/iADL training, and workers' compensation cases.

He is CPR certified and is currently working toward additional certifications in fall prevention, assistive technology professional and neurodevelopmental treatment.

Hunter finds fulfillment in collaborating with his patients to solve challenges and improve their quality of lives.

Lesli McCully, M.S., CCC-SLP

Lesli completed her masters of science in speech language pathology in 2008 from the University of Central Arkansas. She has worked with complex neurological patients for over 16 years across several medical settings and holds advanced certifications in dementia management, dysphagia management and a certified VitalStim provider. She has trained at Boston Medical Center to further enhance her knowledge of swallowing fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing. Lesli has 9 years of classical operatic voice training which brings enhancement to her knowledge and treatment of voice disorders. She loves interacting with her patients and helping them achieve their best potential to better communicate, restore swallowing function to advance restricted diets and improve their cognitive skills to gain independence within their daily life.

Erika Taylor, M.A., CCC-SLP

Erika has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2025, with two years of clinical experience. She has worked in the MSCS school system serving older students as well as clinical work serving children with autism spectrum disorder. She specializes in augmented and alternative communication devices, and treatment of aphasia and dementia.

Erika completed her undergraduate education at Middle Tennessee State University and master's degree in speech-language pathology from University of Memphis, where she completed a clinical rotation at Select Physical Therapy - East Memphis.

Erika enjoys spending time with her partner, friends and family, and running.
