Our Team

Alison Worton, P.T., DPT, Revital, Center Manager

Alison has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019. She has worked mainly in the outpatient setting, but has experience in acute care and skilled nursing facility settings. Alison completed her undergraduate education and doctorate in physical therapy from Saint Francis University. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic post-operative procedures, chronic neck and back pain, as well as sports-related injuries. Additionally, she has certifications in ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Alison enjoys working out, eating and traveling with her husband.

An Tran, P.T., DPT

An has been a member of Select Physical since 2022. He has worked in orthopedic outpatient and inpatient neurologic inpatient settings. An completed his undergraduate education at Rice University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He specializes in the treatment of orthopedic musculoskeletal dysfunction and neurological conditions. An enjoys producing music and spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth Tran, P.T., DPT

Elizabeth has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She has experience working in the outpatient setting. Elizabeth completed her bachelor's degree at University of Houston and received a doctorate in physical therapy from University of St. Augustine. She is in the orthopedic residency program with Select and working toward orthopedic certification. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedics, fall prevention and functional capacity evaluations.

Huong A. Huynh, P.T., DPT

Huong has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022. She has clinical experience from graduate school in orthopedic outpatient settings. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston - main campus and her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science - Austin, Texas. Huong is fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese. She enjoys eating out, traveling and playing recreational sports such as badminton, volleyball and tennis.

Olivia Weckwerth, O.T., CHT

Olivia has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019. She has worked in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. Olivia completed her undergraduate education at Louisiana State University and received a master's of occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University. She specializes in the treatment of orthopedic conditions. Additionally, she is a certified hand therapist. She enjoys spending time outside with her two children, two fur babies and husband.

Victoria Davis, O.T., CHT

Victoria was born and raised in Spring, Texas and has been a part of the Select Physical Therapy team since 2020. She graduated with her bachelor's in exercise science from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her master's in occupational therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She earned her hand therapist certification in 2024. She focuses on helping patients return to their daily lives and meaningful activities. She has experience treating upper extremity fractures, tendinopathies, tendon lacerations, nerve injuries and arthritis. When not treating patients, Victoria enjoys traveling, painting and cooking.

Success Stories

Cathy Vachule

Cathy Vachule was in a serious motor vehicle accident. Unable to walk or use her walker due to a collarbone fracture, she was reliant on her husband to complete basic tasks. Although she was grateful for the help, she was eager to gain her independence.

That's when she came to us. Our tailored program began to chisel away at the challenges Cathy was facing, with each incremental goal that she achieved. Cathy humbly took every experience as an opportunity to focus her mind on the future.

She knows there is still much work ahead, but she continues to do well and is hitting new milestones each week, including walking without her walker.
