Our Team

Alex Piñón, MOT, OTR, CEAS II, COMT

Alex specializes in the treatment of upper extremity dysfunction and employment testing. He has training in the field of hand therapy and has been working with referrals from hand and orthopedic surgeons from San Antonio and surrounding areas since 2014. He is passionate about the field of hand therapy and finds great satisfaction in providing innovative orthosis fabrication solutions.

Scott Fontenot, P.T., MPT

Scott brings a high level of energy, personality and experience to the patients he treats. He has worked in all areas of physical therapy so he's able to bring a variety of treatment techniques to patients with a variety of conditions. Although not fully bilingual, his Spanish is improving on a daily basis!! He has 24 years of experience with all types of patients and truly loves to see his patients succeed and get back to normal

Erin Otto, P.T., DPT, COMT

Erin Otto brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She has a strong background in manual therapy, exercise physiology and exercise progression. Erin is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She has 13 years of experience treating patients of all kinds, working a variety of diagnoses and disorders of movement dysfunction.
