Our Team

Tia Cunningham , P.T., DPT

Tia has been with Select Physical Therapy for 10 years. She is currently multi-site center manager for the Ashland and Gayton crossing locations. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics. Tia is now a certified Revital Cancer Rehab specialist and is able to provide cancer rehab to the community. Tia is also a Certified CoreVia Pelvic Health Therapist. She has achieved success utilizing manual therapy techniques and working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including low back/neck pain, various joint conditions, and pre- and post-surgical patients. She also has experience treating TMJ and vestibular disorders.

Erin Roepke , LPTA

Erin brings a passion for human movement with an extensive background in martial arts and weightlifting. Her hobbies include reading, practicing martial arts, weightlifting, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Erin enjoys working with patients of all ages and variety of diagnoses.

Trip Terry , LPTA

Trip Terry brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Farmville, Virginia and is very excited to be with Select Physical Therapy. His hobbies include reading, working out, hiking, watching and attending sports events, plus spending time with friends. Trip enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a passion for promoting wellness for all.

Teresa Mills , Senior PSS

My name is Teresa Mills, and I am the senior patient service specialist for Select Physical Therapy located in Ashland, VA. I have 15 years of experience taking care of our wonderful patients' administrative and insurance needs. It gives me great pleasure to get to know our patients. It is very exciting to watch them thrive in physical therapy, as they reach their ultimate goals in returning back to a better quality of life.
