Niyati Mehra, Assistant Center Manager, PT, MsPT

Niyati is a licensed physical therapist with a decade-long, distinguished career marked by her dedication to superior patient care. With a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, she gained extensive experience in New York clinics and affiliations with the esteemed Hospital for Special Surgery. Proficient in musculoskeletal, neurological and spinal disorders for pediatric and geriatric patients, Niyati's focus remains enhancing patients' quality of life and functional independence. Marriage brought her to the Bay Area. She excels at treating orthopedic conditions, balance issues, post-surgical care, postural issues and pelvic floor patients ranging from postpartum to incontinence.

Sofia Weiss, MOT, OTR/L

Sofia was born and raised in California and specializes in treating conditions of the upper extremity such as arthritis, fractures, carpal/cubital tunnel, nerve impingements and tendonitis. She is a patient-centered therapist who is driven to help her patients regain function to maximize their ability to participate in their most valued activities. Sofia is a craft and outdoor enthusiast and when not reading up on hand therapy, she spends her time rock climbing, drawing, cooking and spending time outside.

Roselle Kelley, P.T.

Roselle's clinical interest include treating patients with TMJ dysfunction, neck pain, thoracic and low back pain, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain and post-operative rehabilitation. She provides orthopedic manual therapy combined with strong emphasis on therapeutic exercises, core/postural stability and movement training. She has taken coursework in manual therapy and plans to continue with continuing education to improve her skillset throughout her career. She is a foreign-trained physical therapist from Angeles University Foundation, Philippines.

Victor Mitra, PTA

Victor is a San Francisco native who received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of San Francisco, and completed the physical therapy assistant program at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts. Victor has experience working as a physical therapy rehab aide prior to becoming a board-certified physical therapy assistant. Victor's passions include fitness, snowboarding and supporting the 49ers.

Trevor Wysling, PTA

Trevor grew up in the pacific northwest in Prosser, Washington. He originally studied English literature in college in Los Angeles. He was inspired by his father to become a physical therapy assistant. He is a graduate of Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts and a certified physical therapy assistant. He is a passionate, team-oriented clinician who is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. He loves spending time with his wife, playing basketball and traveling.
