Our Team

Diana Celestino, P.T., DPT

Diana has been a member of the team since 2021. She has a particular interest in orthopedic care but enjoys treating patients in all areas to help restore functional ability. Diana is working towards a clinical certification in orthopedic manual therapy. She has also completed specialized pelvic health training. She completed her undergraduate education in exercise science at University of Northern Colorado and doctorate of physical therapy from University of Colorado. She and her husband have two sons and three amazing grandchildren (so far) and enjoy spending time outdoors.

Josh Keenan, P.T., DPT

Josh graduated from Florida College with a pre-med liberal studies degree in 2017 and the University of South Florida in 2021 with a doctorate of physical therapy. He has a passion to serve. His goal is to facilitate, educate and motivate patients to reach their movement goals through exercise. Josh volunteers as an assistant track/cross country coach at his alma mater Florida College. He has a particular interest in sport injuries and has plans to be a sports certified specialist.

Neysa Torrisi, OTR/L, CHT

Neysa has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018 with 23 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and inpatient acute care and rehabilitation settings. Neysa specializes in treating the upper extremity including conservative and post-operative care, custom orthosis fabrication, arthritis management and sports medicine and rehabilitation services. Neysa earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1999 from Utica College of Syracuse University and achieved certified hand therapist specialty in 2015. She is a proud military spouse and she and her husband have two young children and an adult daughter who is also a military spouse. They enjoy exploring the best the new local areas and communities have to offer where they are stationed and sports/outdoor activities.

Kelly Daniels, OTD, OTR/L

Kelly specializes in treating patients who benefit from post-operative, orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation, and those who require custom fabricated orthotic devices for the hand and upper extremity. Kelly completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh and doctorate degree in occupational therapy from Gannon University. She is working toward orthopedic manual certification and hand specialty certification. Kelly has conducted research in the area of ergonomics and teaches at Gannon University in the area of orthotic fabrication and upper extremity rehabilitation. Kelly strives to use a patient-oriented, individualized approach, based on motives and functional limitations that will advance the individual to live their life as functionally and independently as possible.

Leanna Berry, P.T., DPT

Leanna has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019. She has worked in the outpatient setting, specializing in treating patients who benefit from vestibular and oncology rehabilitation, gait training and orthopedic rehabilitation. She is also participating in a two-year course to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist. Leanna completed her undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida and doctorate of physical therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University. She enjoys being in nature/hiking to waterfalls and painting.
