Our Team

Marie Staley, DPT, OCS, COMT

Marie is a graduate of Northeastern University and joined Select Physical Therapy in 2005 in the Connecticut region with focus on post-operative orthopedics. Marie received her transitional doctorate of physical therapy in 2006 from Northeastern. She has been board-certified in orthopedics by the American board of physical therapy specialties since 2011. Marie is also a certified Graston technique practitioner, certified kinesio taping practitioner and is a certified orthopedic and manual therapist through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Marie enjoys spending time with family, traveling and attending sporting events.

Sheila Fornoles, MPT

Sheila earned a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Florida and completed an internship at the University of Hawaii men's athletic department. She then earned a master's degree in physical therapy at Nova Southeastern University. Sheila joined Select Physical Therapy in 2004. She is Graston-certified with experience treating patients in high school and collegiate training facilities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, pain management center and in the patient's own home. She is a retired Ironman triathlete who participates in local races, volunteers with hospice and various foundations geared toward pediatric cancer and youth counseling.

Megan Anthony, PTA

Megan graduated in 2017 with her associates of science degree for physical therapy assisting from Keiser University. She has served as a physical therapy assistant in many different settings during her career including home health, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient facilities. Megan was lucky enough to marry her high school sweetheart. She enjoys going to the beach or going boating on the lake with her husband and their daughter. In her free time, Megan loves crafting and finding fun activities to do with her daughter such as baking and going to the park.

Sandu Lama, OTR/L, COMT/UE

Sandu earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Bethel University and a masters degree in occupational therapy from Concordia University. He completed a clinical internship with Hand to Shoulder Specialists of Wisconsin where he gained valuable training and skills to treat hand and upper extremity conditions. Sandu is a certified orthopedic manual therapist for the upper extremity. He is also certified in LSVT BIG, which allows him to work with people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. He is currently pursuing credentialing to become a certified hand therapist (CHT) and has a passion for promoting general wellness. Sandu was born and raised in Nepal and moved to the US at the age of 16. In his free time, Sandu enjoys fishing, reading books, and hiking. His long-term goal is to travel the world and explore various traditional food and culture.
