Gillian is a seasoned physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She is an alumna of Nova Southeastern University, where she earned a doctorate in physical therapy and bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut. She has a master's degree in health administration. Gillian is also American Physical Therapy Association certified exercise expert for aging adults.

Jason is a former personal trainer and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute who primarily worked with a senior fitness client population. He left the fitness industry to run his own small business 7 years ago, but went back to school after being accepted into the Polk State College physical therapy assistant program. In May, 2021 he graduated magna cum laude and received the professionalism award for his graduating class. He was able to turn his life long passion for health and exercise into a new career when he started working as a PTA for Select later that year.
