Koenraad Vandenbroeck, P.T., COMT
Koenraad is the center manager and physical therapist at our Largo and Seminole locations. Koenraad graduated in 1989 from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. He achieved certification of orthopedic manual therapist
Cherie Boehlow, PTA
Cherie has been a physical therapy assistant at the Largo center since 2002. She graduated from St Petersburg College in 2002 with an associates degree in physical therapy assistant. She is a caring, compassionate therapist with 20 years of experience in the treatment of orthopedics, spine and vestibular patients. Cherie treats every patient as a unique individual and tailors skilled care for each patient's optimal outcome.
Rachel Jewett, OTR/L, COMT-UE
Rachel is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who has been practicing upper extremity occupational therapy with Select Physical Therapy since February 2018. She has experience in treatment of upper extremity orthopedic injuries including fractures, overuse injuries and nerve/tendon injury. She brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. Rachel enjoys treating all types of patients and has a passion for educating and empowering patients and caregivers. She has also completed research on caregiver education related to stroke through the VA and published findings in Topics in Stroke Rehabilitation in 2017.
Angie Vandenbroeck, PTA
Angie was born and raised on the west coast of Florida where she earned both an associate of science degree in dental hygiene (1993) and physical therapy assistant from St. Petersburg College (2020). Angela specializes in working with the geriatric population as well as various neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, stroke and multiple sclerosis. Angela's goal is to provide skilled care in a safe, comfortable and caring environment focusing on getting her patients back to their normal everyday way of life and meaningful activities.
Lindsay Linardos, P.T., DPT
Lindsay is a caring, passionate and patient physical therapist who has a passion for empowering patients to meet their goals. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University. Lindsay specializes in pelvic health and treats conditions including urinary leakage, postpartum care, prolapse, bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, etc. Lindsay finds importance in educating patients so that they have the tools to advocate for their health. She strives to always provide the best care that is individualized for each patient and their specific needs.

Lisa Bagley
Artist Lisa Bagley was handed devastating news. She had cancer. The treatments and recovery were debilitating for Lisa. She spent many a day just trying to move from the bed to couch.
As her cancer care was priority, Lisa put all other health issues to the side including her ankle pain. As she recovered, Lisa became eager to focus on resuming physical activity and, of course, her artwork.
Her ankle pain became a barrier to her health journey, though. For Lisa, it hurt to drive, stand, walk and sleep. At Select Physical Therapy, Physical Therapist Koenraad Vandenbroeck tailored a program to get her back on her feet and moving.
She recalls, "I am so thankful to participate in museum visits again where I can stand in front of a piece and examine all the details without pain."
