Our Team

Herb Rojas , P.T., COMT, Center Manager

Herb brings a high level of energy and knowledge to all his patients. He was born and raised in Colombia, is a coffee addict and fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Herb has a vast experience in orthopedics, sports, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. He has a passion for sports, especially running, swimming and cycling. He also enjoys cooking and the beautiful sunset while walking on the beach.

Elaine Otto, O.T.

Elaine is nearing her second year of working for Select Physical Therapy. Her years providing skilled outpatient services including hand therapy and lymphedema services. Working in hand therapy, Elaine has fabricated an extensive array of orthotics and provided care to patients with a variety of diagnoses including arthritis, repetitive strain injuries and tendon repairs. In working with the lymphedema population, she has treated patients diagnosed with breast cancer and venous insufficiencies. Elaine is a board certified occupational therapist through the National Board of Occupational Therapy and lymphedema certified through The Academy of Lymphatic studies. Elaine enjoys traveling, trying new foods and spending quality time with her husband and two sons.

Linda Agard Ryan, O.T., CHT, COMT-UE

Linda consistently brings a compassionate touch to patient care, backed by over 25 years of expertise. Specializing in traumatic injuries, post-surgical cases and cumulative trauma disorders, she also excels in crafting custom orthotics. Linda's intuitive approach, coupled with her conversational Spanish skills, further enriches the quality of care she provides to patients
