Our Team

Tim Gray, MPT, SCS, COMT

Tim received a master's degree in physical therapy from Northeastern University and is a board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy. He has extensive experience working with athletes from his clinical education at HealthSouth Birmingham and as the head coach for the men's lacrosse team at Northeastern University for six years. Tim is a certified orthopedic manual therapist and also performs concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.

Gillian Sweet, DPT

Gillian graduated from the University of Florida with a doctorate in physical therapy. She completed one of her internships at the same center she is now employed. She is dedicated to providing patients with a high level of care to improve their function and ability to complete the activities they enjoy. She has experience with post-operative joint replacements, oncology, fall prevention and other general orthopedic injuries.

Maria Rojo, DPT

Maria graduated from Nova Southeastern University Tampa with her doctorate in physical therapy. Maria completed her internship at the Plant City location and is now working at both Plant City and Lakeland South locations. Maria is passionate about helping patients restore their function and achieve the goals. She has experience working with various post-operative, balance and orthopedic conditions. Maria is also fluent in Spanish able to work with patients of various backgrounds.

Tim Brown, PTA

Tim received a degree in the physical therapy assistant program from South College in Knoxville, TN after spending eight years playing professional baseball. He has vast experience working with athletes, particularly baseball players. He has completed numerous orthopedic-related continuing education courses. Tim is certified in vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance and has taken a continuing education course on instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. He is AIE and WorkStrategies certified for post-offer employment testing.

Estefania Rodriguez, PTA

Estefania obtained a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Florida State University and continued her education at South University to become a licensed physical therapy assistant. Estefania completed a nine-week clinical rotation as a student at Select Physical Therapy in Sun City and has been a team member since 2021.
