Our Team
Craig Coble, PTA, Center Manager
Craig received an associate degree in physical therapy form Seminole Community College in 1995 and a bachelor's degree in sports medicine from Pfeiffer College in 1991. He is a licensed physical therapy assistant, certified student clinical instructor and a certified senior strength trainer. He has been a center manager with Select for more than 15 years and has 20 years of experience treating patients in a variety of settings. He uses evidence-based practice to optimize outcomes for patients with the goal of improving quality of life.
Stephanie Gardner, PTA
Stephanie is a physical therapy assistant at our Sun City location. She enjoys treating patients with a variety of medical conditions but especially enjoys orthopedics of the extremities and balance disorders. During her career, she was part of a team in North Carolina that were among the first to rehabilitate patients undergoing reverse total shoulder replacements. She brings more than 28 years of clinical experience to our team, never forgets her smile and always delivers on providing an exceptional patient care experience to our patients.
Ellen McCann, OTR/L, CHT, COMT
Ellen received a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from Temple University in 1992. She completed specialty certification in hand therapy in 1997 and certification in manual therapy in 2018. She has more than 27 years of experience treating in the outpatient clinical setting, working with adults of all ages. Her goal is to restore patients' function to the utmost degree possible in order to enhance quality of life.
Ryan Goodrich, OTR/L
Ryan received a bachelor's degree in exercise health promotion from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 and master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2021. She started her hand therapy journey as a child, helping her mother recover from multiple trigger finger release surgeries. Ryan loves working in the outpatient setting and enjoys treating a variety of upper extremity conditions as well as neurological conditions. She is passionate about ensuring the highest quality of care and individualized treatments for patients.
Mary Nasveschuk, P.T., DPT
Mary received a bachelor's degree in psychology from State University of New York, Geneseo in 2007 and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St Augustine in 2017. Mary is from Rochester, NY and enjoys treating patients of all kinds. She is experienced in a wide range of outpatient orthopedic and neurologic conditions for adults and the aging population and is passionate about hands-on therapy techniques and working with amputees.
Michelle Sanchez, P.T., MPT
Michelle attended the University of Florida, receiving a bachelor's degree in health science in 2004, followed by a master's degree in physical therapy in 2006. She moved to the Tampa area in 2009. She has experience working with adults of all ages in the home and outpatient settings. She has a passion for helping patients maximize function and independence to allow them to live their lives to the fullest.
Evan Kretz, P.T., DPT
Evan earned a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University in 2017 and doctorate of physical therapy from Gannon University in 2020. Evan is a firm believer that it is of the utmost importance to provide individualized treatment for a patient to ensure maximum potential for recovery.
