Our Team

Kim Moncrieff, P.T., DPT

Kimberlee is the center manager and physical therapist at the South Tampa center. Kimberlee earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 from Arcadia University and bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1995 from Florida International University. She is certified through the American Balance Institute of Balance in vestibular rehabilitation to treat patients with vertigo, gait and balance disorders along with being certified in LSTV BIG program for Parkinson's patients. Kimberlee has more than 25 years of experience in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries, vestibular/dizzy patients and post-concussion rehabilitation. Her treatment approach incorporates promoting independence through specific exercise combined with hands-on therapy and modalities carefully tailored to each patient. Kimberlee's goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that is evidence-based.

Gaby Harris, P.T., DPT

Gaby earned a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology in 2018 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from High Point University. She grew up in Hudson, Ohio but moved to Tampa where she has loved exploring the area with friends, walking on the Riverwalk and taste testing local ice cream shops. Gaby enjoys working with her patients to provide a personalized treatment plan to get them back to doing things they love.

Tyler Eisenbacher, P.T., DPT

Tyler earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 from the University at Buffalo. In 2022, he completed certification in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He is working toward achieving orthopedic manual therapy certification. Tyler is passionate about providing evidence-based care to educate and individualize each patient's treatment plan to achieve their specific treatment goals. He enjoys treating a diverse patient population with a particular interest in sports and orthopedic injuries.

Clayton McVay, P.T., DPT, ATC

Clayton earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from the University of West Alabama in 2021 and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2024 from the University of South Alabama. Clayton has a passion for treating a variety of orthopedic and sport-related conditions. His experience in sports medicine encompasses working at many high school and collegiate settings including University of Alabama, University of West Alabama and Birmingham-Southern College. Clayton uses these experiences and evidence-based practice to educate and provide individualized plans to achieve patient goals and improve overall quality of life. Clayton enjoys traveling, going to sporting events and playing disc golf.

Jake Marascio, P.T., DPT

Jake earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and applied kinesiology in 2016 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2022 from Rutgers University. Jake pride's himself on tailoring each treatment plan to meet and exceed patients' needs in an ethical, safe and rewarding environment. He was born and raised in Red Bank, NJ and recently moved to Tampa soon after graduating with awards in service and academics. Jake enjoys weightlifting, playing the drums and taking his chocolate lab on adventures.
