Our Team

Annie McLeod, P.T., DPT, COMT, Center Manager

Annie earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2009. She has a strong background in orthopedics, workers' compensation and manual therapy as a certified orthopedic manual therapist and Level 2 certified in trigger point dry needling. She also incorporates blood flow restriction into her protocols. She is the center manager of the Kansas City, KS location and serves as the site coordinator of clinical education for the Kansas City market. Annie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and attending her kids' sporting events.

James Richards, DPT

James brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. James enjoys treating patients of all kinds, is experienced in geriatric care and has a passion for promoting wellness and recovery for all.

Kim Salanski, OTR/L, CEAS

Kim has more than 30 years of experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries. As a WorkStragies specialist, she treats workers' compensation patients from acute care to work conditioning to functional capacity evaluations. She provides ergonomic evaluations and is certified in WorkSTEPs, AEI, BTE and other post-offer employment testing protocols.

Gabbie Walker

Gabby Walker is a high school teacher and head dance coach at a local high school. She has been an athlete her entire life and dance has been her passion since she was two years old. While wake boarding, she fractured her tibia and tore her posterior cruciate ligament (PCL.) Because of the injury, she was unable to walk, bend, sleep or shower comfortably. Daily tasks were difficult all around. Things quickly turned once she started working with Physical Therapist Annie McLeod. "Annie was the best physical therapist anyone could have," Gabby said. "Not only is she knowledgeable in her regard to her craft, she goes above and beyond to always provide the best treatment in the best possible ways." Gabby is now back to doing simple tasks and dancing with her girls.
