Our Team

Morgan Wilbur , P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Morgan joined the team at Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy after graduating from the University of New England in 2017 with a doctorate of physical therapy. Morgan has special interest in treating orthopedic injuries, work-related injuries, sports injuries, post-concussion syndrome and running-related injuries. She has received certifications to perform dry needling treatments. Morgan enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, hiking and baking.

Paxton Spiller , M.S., OTR/L, Assistant Center Manager

Paxton graduated with a master's degree in occupational therapy from University of New England in 2019. She has since been working with patients from birth-21 years of age in pre-school and outpatient settings. Paxton joined Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy in March 2022 and received further training to specialize in pelvic health and feeding therapy. She also has additional training in the handwriting without tears program, and actively pursues leadership education and opportunities to support her clients and colleagues. Paxton works hard to collaborate with families and other providers on a child's care team to provide the best rounded care possible. Paxton enjoys reading, baking, boating and being with her friends, family and pets.

Tracie Macleod, P.T., DPT, PRPC

Tracie has been a part of Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy since the fall of 2021. She joins Saco Bay after working for 11 years in hospital-based outpatient settings. Tracie is a pelvic health specialist. She has founded her own pelvic floor therapy program before and has been working with pelvic health clients for 8 years. Tracie obtained her doctorate of physical therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2010, her certificate of achievement in pelvic health physical therapy in 2018 and her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification in 2019. Tracie enjoys educating everyone about their own bodies and making therapy fun, even if things are difficult to talk about.

Jill Cramp , P.T., DPT, PRPC - Pelvic Health Program Director

Jill is the pelvic health program director for Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy in Maine and New Hampshire. Jill is a graduate of Quinnipiac College and Northeastern University. She has been working as a pelvic PT for more than 20 years and is passionate about improving awareness of pelvic health and its relationship to bowel, bladder and sexual symptoms, in addition to back pain and a variety of orthopedic symptoms. She is also passionate about improving access to pelvic services through education and mentorship of new clinicians. Jill is a faculty member of Select's Education Department where she can be found teaching pelvic therapy to physical therapists across the country.

Kathleen Caron, P.T.

Katie is a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions. She has advanced training and expertise in the areas associated with the pelvis, including vulvar/vaginal regions, bowel and bladder health and pregnancy/postpartum. Katie also holds advanced training as a pelvic health oncology specialist to benefit cancer patients. She has many years of experience successfully treating conditions of the neck and spine, shoulder, hip and groin and abdomen, among many other diagnoses. She holds a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of New England and has worked extensively for several orthopedic outpatient private and hospital based physical therapy practices since 2004.

Noah Gaar, P.T., DPT, C-PS

Noah graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Trine University in 2022. He completed the Husson University and Select Medical Sports Residency in 2023, working with athletes from Husson University, UMaine and several local high schools. He now provides services to athletes and students at Bates College. He is Dry Needling Certified and trained in Blood Flow Restriction. He has a specific interest in a variety of orthopedic issues including shoulder, knee, ankle and post-operative injuries.

Ashley Cummings, P.T., DPT

Ashley attended Husson University earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2022 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2024. During her clinical rotations, Ashley gained experience working in schools, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings. She has a passion for improving children's quality of life and helping them reach their full potential. She enjoys going for a side-by-side ride with friends, catching up on a good TV show and spending time with family.

Isabela Melendez-Clark, P.T., DPT

Isabela attended the Virginia Military Institute earning a bachelor's degree in biology in 2020. She then attended Radford University Carilion where she earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2023. She treats orthopedic injuries and has completed further training to specialize in pelvic health, with a special interest in the pregnancy and postpartum population. She has certification in dry needling, and prior experience working in home health treating primarily orthopedic diagnoses and neurologic disorders of the geriatric population.

Sandra Nadeau, PTA

Sandy is a staff physical therapist assistant for Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy. Sandy has been a Saco Bay team member for over 31 years and has experience treating various orthopedic conditions, sports injuries and neurologic disorders/conditions. Sandy specializes in restoring function to individuals of all ages after injury, trauma, surgery to joints or of the spine and balance disorders. Sandy enjoys playing golf, watching hockey and spending time with family.

Rebecca Lynch, OTR/L

Becca graduated from Bay Path University with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She has attended additional courses on trauma informed care and feeding therapy. She volunteered with the Veteran's Adaptive Sports and Training program for three years, gaining experience using leisure activities to promote occupational therapy skills. Becca focuses on play-based activities and neurodiversity affirming care. She enjoys roller skating, horseback riding and spending time outside.

Baylee Beal, M.S., OTR/L

Baylee is a dedicated new graduate occupational therapist specializing in outpatient pediatrics. Earning a master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Maine, Baylee has developed a strong foundation in pediatric therapy through extensive clinical rotations and hands-on experience. Passionate about fostering children's development, Baylee employs a patient-centered approach to create engaging and effective therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs. With a keen interest in sensory integration and play-based interventions, Baylee aims to support children in achieving their developmental milestones and enhancing their daily living skills. Baylee is committed to collaborating with families and other health care professionals to provide holistic care. Baylee is excited to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families, contributing positively to their growth and wellbeing.

Johnna Charlton, CFY-SLP

Johnna attended Assumption University for her undergraduate degree in human services and rehabilitation studies. She then attended the University of Maine and earned a master's degree in speech-language pathology. She is completing her clinical fellowship at Saco Bay Kids and has since gained experience diagnosing and treating a wide variety of pediatric and adult communication disorders. Johnna loves working with the pediatric and adult population and has experience in an array of disorders including articulation and phonology, language, fluency, pragmatics, cognitive communication, dysphagia and dysarthria. She likes to read and travel to new places.

Amanda Zazeski, MOT, OTR/L

Amanda joined Saco Bay Orthopaedic Sports & Physical Therapy after 10 years of practicing occupational therapy in Louisiana. A Maine native, Amanda graduated with her master's in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Maine. She has always enjoyed working with the pediatric population with focus on neurological, developmental delays, sensory processing and feeding difficulties. She has developed an interest in adult neurological deficits, obtaining a certification in the LSVT BIG Program for people living with Parkinson's disease. She is also experienced in treating stroke and upper-extremity injuries, with skills to fabricate various devices to restore and improve function for post-surgical cases.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease, journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and, when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint. Pediatric Therapy

We offer multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy services – physical, occupational and speech therapy – to help children reach developmental milestones and their full potential. Therapy methods are typically given in one-on-one sessions, using play-based activities to gain insight into how a child moves, thinks and expresses themselves. Small group therapy also can be helpful for some children to build social skills and communication. Additional specialized programs, such as feeding therapy, sensory/emotional regulation, toe-walking and torticollis, are also available. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience that enhances each child's participation in desired family, community and school activities.
