During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center. Our Team

Carter Innerst, DPT

Carter received a bachelor's in exercise science from West Chester University and her doctorate in physical therapy from Drexel University. She enjoys treating the spine, shoulders, knees and work-related injuries. Carter has a passion for assisting patients in being the best version of themselves. She is energetic, motivated and communicates effectively to make sure her patients truly understand their injury and how to manage independently after discharge.

Joseph Buletza, P.T.

Joseph graduated from the Mayo School of Health-related Sciences. He has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient setting since 1984. He enjoys rehabbing ACL reconstructions, total knee, total shoulder and total shoulder replacements. Joseph is a certified athletic trainer and works closely with local high schools in care of injured athletes.

Sarah Dietrich, PTA

Sarah has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022. She has worked in the outpatient setting with clinical rotations in a hospital and skilled nursing facility. She received her degree in physical therapist assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She grew up playing basketball and travel softball. She also enjoys playing her ukulele, hiking and spending time in nature.
