Our Team

Donna Chirico, P.T., DPT

Donna specializes in pelvic floor therapy where she combines her knowledge of myofascial release, yoga, Pilates and strength training into her treatment plans. She has found this field to be a perfect place to teach women and men of all ages to move better and have greater control of their health. Donna offers metabolic rehabilitation which provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight.

Laura Jacobs, P.T., DPT

Laura is a physical therapist who has achieved success in the treatment of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and other orthopedic disorders. She also is certified in the Graston Technique and loves using the instruments to aid in patients' recovery. Laura offers metabolic rehabilitation which provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Laura has an interest in pelvic health and is pursing knowledge in this area to better help patients.

Tressa Thomas, P.T., DPT

Tressa is the market manager for 12 Select Physical Therapy outpatient centers on the West Shore. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic injuries such as shoulder and neck pain, post-surgical conditions including total knee replacements and rotator cuff repairs, and vestibular disorders including BPPV and concussions. Tressa offers metabolic rehabilitation which provides individuals with a customized exercise program to help reduce pain and lose weight. Tressa earned a doctorate of physical therapy at Slippery Rock University in 2010. She is an avid Pittsburgh Penguin fan and grew up playing basketball, fast-pitch softball and participating in dance/cheerleading.
