Jennifer is a physical therapist and center manager for Select Physical Therapy's Okatie outpatient physical therapy center. Jennifer is experienced in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction and industrial rehabilitation. She specializes in conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine, and management of work-related injuries including post-offer employment testing, acute management of work injuries, work conditioning and functional capacity evaluations.

Tim is a physical therapist assistant for Select Physical Therapy's Okatie center. Tim has experienced success in treating spine disorders, including cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, especially post-operative spinal fusions. Timothy has also completed numerous hours of post-graduate continuing education certificates with respect to disorders of the spine, hip, knee and shoulder girdle. With 16 years of experience, Timothy has enjoyed treating patients with neurological disorders, general orthopedic and industrial rehabilitation.

Carianna is a senior physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Okatie center. Carianna graduated in 2010 and has since developed strong clinical skills in assessing and treating clients with general orthopedic, geriatric, sports and work-related injuries and disorders. During her final year of graduate school, she had the opportunity to collaborate with other doctoral candidates in implementing a pro-bono community exercise group for persons with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. She has gained extensive clinical knowledge working as a traveling physical therapist in a variety of settings, help to treat patients with neurological re-education, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-operative joint replacement rehabilitation, prosthetic limb management and sport-specific training, among others.

Margarita is an occupational therapist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of shoulder, elbow and hand conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, traumatic injuries and repetitive strain injuries. She is a certified hand therapist with advanced certification in manual therapy. She has specialized training in orthotic fabrication, physical agent modalities, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and management of arthritic and peripheral nerve conditions. She also has advanced training in cancer rehabilitation and works with these patients to prepare for treatment, maintain strength throughout their journey and get back to the activities they care about most.
