Our Team

Kevin Fang, P.T., DPT

Kevin is center manager and has more than 10 years of clinical experience. Kevin received his doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine. He has achieved success in treating rotator cuff/shoulder injuries, status/post op joint replacements, neck and back pain and vestibular dysfunctions.

Mario Washington, LMT

Mario is a licensed massage therapist at Select Physical Therapy. Mario attended the Virginia Learning Institute and has been licensed in Arlington County since 2002. Receiving his national certification through NCTMB, Mario specializes in orthopaedic, medical and sports-related injuries. He is experienced working with runners and patients with cervical pain and discomfort. Mario has attended numerous specialized continuing education courses, including Myofascial Release (upper body), Addressing Neck/Scapular issues, Trigger Point, Pre- and Post-Event Sports Massage and Addressing Low back and Hip Pain.

Christina Solters, MSPT

Christina has more than 16 years of clinical experience. Christina earned a master’s degree in physical therapy in 1998 from Boston University. She has achieved success in treating cervical, wrist and ankle injuries and a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, including gait and balance training in the geriatric population.

Richard Pine, P.T., DPT

Richard graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors in Biology and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2015. His approach to patient care blends both functional movement and bio-mechanically related assessment to determine areas of pain and/or dysfunction. His treatment consists of manual therapy techniques with a direct hands-on approach and is re-enforced through therapeutic exercise and functional activity. Richard has experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic needs and believes in continuing education to improve the quality of his practice.

Jasmine Seider , P.T., DPT

Jasmine earned a bachelor's degree in applied health from Azusa Pacific University and doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University. She has experience treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions, including low back and neck pain, post-operative injuries, repetitive use injuries and balance impairments. She works hard to empower clients to take charge over their recovery by valuing individual goals, concerns and preferences and applying a biopsychosocial approach to injury rehabilitation. Jasmine uses a variety of hands-on manual techniques and therapeutic exercises to help clients achieve more functional movement and return to the activities they love.
