Rose has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2023 and has experience treating patients in inpatient subacute rehabilitation and outpatient settings while studying at Stonybrook University. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in psychology before going on to graduate with honors from Stonybrook's doctoral physical therapy program. Rose specializes in treating patients with TMD and has a special interest in treating vestibular and orthopedic diagnoses, especially of the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She enjoys sewing and swimming and is passionate about continuing to learn and practice empathy and compassionate communication.

Sara graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch where she received her doctorate of physical therapy degree in 2016. She has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2023 and has more than 7 years of clinical experience in home health, outpatient, and acute care settings. Sara has a special interest in treating post-operative diagnoses, concussion and return to sport.

Megan Redfern brings a high level of energy, experience and compassion to all the patients she treats. She grew up on the east coast, spending years in Florida, New Jersey and Connecticut, before moving to Washington in 2022. Megan grew up with the passion of playing sports, especially soccer. She has been a physical therapist since 2006, a board-certified orthopedic specialist since 2008 and a certified orthopedic manual therapist 2022. She has also been a certified clinical instructor since 2008. She has a passion for treating oncology patients and obtained her ReVital oncology certification in 2019. Her goal is to provide a caring, nurturing and challenging environment for her patients to reach and surpass their goals and assist them with education on how to prevent future injuries.

Kassandra has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022, with more than 5 years of clinical experience. She has worked primarily in outpatient clinics with a variety of orthopedic patients. Kassandra has been certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, falls prevention and trained in blood flow restriction. Kassandra completed her education at San Juan College.
