Our Team

John Jackson, P.T., DPT, ATC, FAFS

John has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since April of 2022. He is dual credentialed as a physical therapist and athletic trainer with work experience in the outpatient, inpatient and athletic settings. John specializes in orthopedics, sports injury rehabilitation/return to sport and TMJ disorders. John completed his undergraduate athletic training education at Indiana State University where he also was a member of the Sycamore football team. He went on to earn a post graduate degree in exercise science before joining the UW athletic training staff. John earned his doctorate of physical therapy from South College. He has additional training/certifications in movement assessment/analysis, kinesiotaping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and myofascial decompression (MFD).
